Student Safety is a Goal and a Shared Responsibility
Please obey the traffic pattern protocols – “near misses” of accidents occur when rules are not followed.
Drop-Off/Pick-Up occurs in the back of the school only. Please refer to the August Memo regarding changes in traffic.
Park and pick up your child in the back lot. Children cannot been seen by drivers. This area presents the greatest hazard especially during rainy days.
The front door is to be used for visitors and parents during school hours. Prior to 8:45am, all students should be entering the school from their classroom door or the rear east doors. Students entering the school after 8:50am may use the front doors, but will be considered late.
Starting September 13th, the front doors will remain locked during the day for safety reasons. A bell/buzzer system will be in place so the office staff can allow entry.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding regarding student safety.
